When to hit or stand?

Published at 12. 9. 2009 in category Main

When to hit or stand? This is a frequent question. If you want another card to make your total 21, request a hit. You can request the dealer by tapping the table. Follow the etiquettes correctly. This leads to a decent play environment. Be clear so that only one card is dealt. Once a card is dealt, it can not be put back in to the deck. You are trying to make your total 21 or at least close to 21. Once, you are satisfied with accepting cards; you should choose to stand. This can be conveyed by shaking your head. Your total should not go beyond 21, or you will bust or lose the bet. Always remember that the game is always in the favor of the dealer. If you along with the dealer exceeded the total of 21, you will also tend to lose. As the dealer is supposed to hit, you have no chances of winning unless you make it to 17 or more. Doubling down is your primary advantage. Make full use of it. After you are dealt two cards, you can choose to split them and play two hands. You can double your bet. Do not split a pair of face cards, tens and fives.
